Who am I?
- Journey to a new Me!
- My name is Cathy and I live in Newfoundland, Canada. In January 2008 I realized that it was time for me to get healthy. I was my 39th year on this planet and I realized that in a little over one year I would be 40. (A number that I feared for some reason). Turning 40 was inevitable but getting healthy and having a long lasting life was in my control. January 2nd I made up my mind and started a Healthy Journey. This is the journey of my healthy lifestyle.
